La verdadera historia de un perro callejero que se que se convierte en un héroe durante la Primera Guerra Mundial. Gracias al joven Robert Conroy, del ejército estadounidense, la vida de este perro cambia para siempre. Ahora tendrá el nombre de Stubby y la oportunidad de embarcarse en una aventura que definiría un siglo. Por sus acciones valerosas, el sargento canino Stubby será reconocido como el perro más condecorado de la historia de Estados Unidos. Esta película de animación basada en una historia real está dirigida por Richard Lanni (Road to Victory) y en la versión original cuenta con las voces de Logan Lerman (Percy Jackson y el mar de los monstruos), Gérard Depardieu (Enamorado de mi mujer) y Helena Bonham Carter (Ocean’s 8).
